INDIRA GANDHI MAHILA (DEGREE) MAHAVIDYALAYA UDALA is one of the leading institutions in the district of Mayurbhanj Odisha. Established in the year 1990 by a group of socially oriented persons in the tribal dominated backward area of Kaptipada sub-division in the district of Mayurbhanj, the college had a humble beginning in a modest structure.
Canteen: A college canteen is functioning in a cozy compact room. It provides varieties of food at subsidized rates.
Computer Center: The Computer Centre Located on the 1st Floor is well equipped with 15 computers.
Consumer Store: Consumer store is provided in College Campus. Items of regular need to students such as stationery, cosmetics etc. are available at reasonable rates.
Library: The library of I.G.MAHILA MAHAVIDYALAYA, UDALA mostly serves the students of UG& +2 as well as teaching community. The large collection of books in the library targets the curriculum in the humanities. The Library of the college has a wide range of books, reference books journals and daily news papers that provide information about wide ranging subjects for students to understand the concepts in their curriculum. The reference books often provide in depth information about various subjects and thus help in the process of education.
Hostel Facility
There is a two-storied building within the college compound for accommodation of student. A New Hostel for students is under construction with UGC special assistance Scheme.
