Sri Gokulam Trust was established in the year 2003 by Dr. K. Arthanari. Our Trust is registered as a Charitable Trust under Societies Registration Act of 1860 (Registered as No. 460 / 2003) under Article 30 (1) of the Constitution of India. The purpose of starting Nursing Course is to train and develop professional nursing personnel with sound scientific background in order to render service effectively and efficiently and to meet the challenges in Nursing in India and Abroad.

Eligibility
Candidates should have passed 10+2years of schooling with aggregate of 45% of marks. They should have passed either the higher secondary examination conducted by the government of Tamil Nadu or an equivalent examination accepted by the Tamilnadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University. They should have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany & Zoology).

Eligibility
a) +2 pass with any subject and percentage of marks is 40% as per INC norms.
b) Those who have cleared 10+2 vocational ANM course (revised after 2001) from the school recognized by Indian Nursing Council.
c) ANM training i.e. 10+1½ years training should also have passed +2 or its equivalent examination.

Minimum and Maximum age for admission will be 17 and 35 years respectively. Students shall be medically fit.

B.Sc. Nursing / B.Sc. Hons. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with minimum of 55% aggregate marks.
The candidates should have undergone in B.Sc. Nursing / B.Sc. Hons. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing in an institution which is recognized by Indian Nursing Council.
Minimum one year of work experience after Basic B.Sc. Nursing. Minimum one year of work experience prior or after Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing.

The aim of the postgraduate program in nursing is to prepare the post graduates to assume responsibilities as nurse specialists, consultants, educators, administrators in a wide variety of professional settings.
The candidate should be a Registered Nurse and Registered midwife or equivalent with any State Nursing Council Registration.
