The college is located on the Mumbai Kolkata South East Central Railway(SECR) 24km from Bhatapara railway station road South East and 84km from district Raipur North East.The foundation of this college is done by “ the Baloda-Bazar Education Society, Baloda-Bazar” on 19th July 1963.On 17th July 1981,this better facilated college working continuously toward the direction of progress was authorised by the M.P.Goverment.
This college is spread on 24.65 area of land and has a calm, quite and pleasant atmosphere; and playing a important role for the enhancement of educational and mental capability of the students.
Library: The college is a ‘Golden Treasury’ in the form of a rich library with almost 41,322 Books, 67 national & International Journals and a number of Magazines & Newspapers. Reference Book 1120The college library is a centre of attraction not only for the research scholars but also for the teachers and the students.
