The Patna Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Patna was established on the 19th July, 1961 by Dr. Gauri Lall Yadav, Dr. Ambika Prasad And Dr. S.C. Roy, The College gained recognition on 28th July, 1962 by the Bihar State Borad of Homoeopathic Medicine Patna and in 1973 it was transferred to the Bihar University (now called B.R.A. Bihar University) Muzaffarpur bye the notification of the Government of Bihar, Patna. The College is managed by Shree Krishna Siksha Pratisthan, Patna. The College is managed by dully constituted Governing Body.

Anatomy museum : A well equipped Anatomy museum has been established with an aim to make students perfect in understanding the subject of Anatomy.
Physiology Lab: Physiology and psychology cover, between them, the field of vital phenomena; they deal with the facts of life at large, and in particular with the facts of human life.
Pharmacy Lab: Pharmacy laboratory is spacious, well-equipped and ventilated as per CCH requirements.
Surgery Skills Lab: General surgery and family practice residents utilize the Surgery Skills Lab to practice surgical skills. The lab also gives area surgeons the opportunity to advance surgical skills as new technology evolves and develops.
