Oriental College of Education is situated at the entry point to the city of Darbhanga. The Educational backwardness and growing number of unemployed youth in the Society especially in minority community necessited the establishment of Oriental College of Education. The college works under the aegis of AL-UMMA Educational and Welfare Society with the registration number 1228/04 under the society of registration Act 21, 1860
