The need of the hour is to develop and enhance the skill sectors with respect to Food Safety, Health & Sanitation, Fire Safety, Food Storage, Food Hygiene and various other sectors which have remained unexposed till today. Training will be imparted in the most needed and demanding areas across the Catering & Event Industry. ICTEM has been affiliated with Tourism & Hospitality Skill Council (THSC) under Skill India project initiated by Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. ICTEM has also been affiliated with Food Safety & Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) for its certification of Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) course. ICTEM has also been affiliated with Mumbai Fire Brigade for their Fire Compliance Officer (FCO) course to be imparted at the Institute.
