The Gitanjali College of Education is set amidst sylvan surroundings in the sprawling campus of GITANJALI GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS. It is not so far away from the heart of the city. The lush green and serene environs of the Institute campus provide a conducive atmosphere for learning.
Class Room: The Institute has spacious architecturally designed lecture and tutorial rooms. It also has glossy chalkboards and flannel boards all intact, furnished with adequate modern furniture.
Multipurpose Hall: A well equipped multipurpose hall enriched with modern devices like LCD Projectors, public address system, other audio-visual systems, covering an area of 2000 sq.ft. provide the excellent opportunity of performing seminars, workshops, cultural functions, prayers, edufest and such others.
ICT Resource Center: The college has a newly-renovated state-of-the-art computer laboratory with Internet connection facilities. The laboratory has 16 personal computers with the latest configurations especially for the use by the students. The laboratory is also equipped with Scanning and Printing facilities.
Arts and Crafts Resource Center: This is housed in a well designed spacious room with adequate electricity, tools, equipment's, furniture's raw materials' reference materials, books, periodicals and motivational works
Health and Physical Education Resource Center:
College has a fully equipped Health & Physical Resource Center, it provides ample opportunity for student to indulge in indoor & outdoor sports activities.
Common Rooms: Boys’ and girls’ common rooms refer to the rooms which are actually mini social centres for the intermixing with their exchange of views. These are pleasant with T.V. a source of recreation.
Canteen: An arrangement of hygienic Canteen maintained by the Self- Government with permitable capacity is being established in the premises
Library: The Library provides services to the faculty members and students. In this regard, the library is supported by 2600 different titles 4200 books, 100s of educational CDs including Encyclopedia Britannica, Encyclopedia Americana and National Geographic Journals. The library subscribes to 20 International Journals and nearly 300 periodicals including magazines, journals and newspapers.
