Bharat Institute of Management Studies run under 'Bharat Group of Colleges' approved by Punjab Govt. and affiliated to Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar, is the first Institute to run regular Management courses in the area of Mansa district. Bharat Institute of Management Studies run courses like BCA, B.Sc. (IT), BBA to serve the students of this backward area. Thus, BCA & B.Sc. (IT) courses prepare the rural students to develop and prepare documents, projects presentations, design websites and demonstrate skills in running software programs.
Laboratories : Modern Laboratories with sufficient space as per AICTE norms are being set up. Equipment worth around Rs. 100 lacs (initial investments) will procured in the 1st year and would be updated and added in phased manner for Bharat Institute of Engineering & Technology (BIET).
Library : The Central Library of the college has a vast collection of over 10,000 information resources that include technical and general volumes, ready references, encyclopedia, thesis, magazines and newspapers.These resources are upgraded every year and subscriptions are renewed for technical journals of national and international acclaim.
Transport : B.G.C. has an excellent transport facility for the faculty, staff & students with flexible and competitive fare. Transport Facility Provided by the Institute helps the parents to decide for their wards as it makes them tension free especially for girls.
Hostel Facility
The College has separate spacious hostels for boys and girls. Each hostel has cubicles and dormitories for comfortable stay of the students. Each hostel has its own co-operative mess, dining hall and a common room with facility of indoor games. The hostellers are provided with facilities of geysers, coolers and fans. There is 24-hour Internet connectivity for each room.
