Training Kitchen: Major aspect of the hotel industry is food, as it is the true reflection of the Hospitality. Food production labs are well equipped and designed to put in good and advanced training to student making them efficient food makers of the industry. We are also well-equipped with three kitchens-Basic Training Kitchen, Bakery & Confectionary Kitchen and Quantity Food Kitchen.
Training Restaurant: Restaurants are the key to Hotel industry. A good restaurants attracts its major clients, we at Ananta provide particularly impart the practical knowledge of restaurant service and bar operation which is a must for students receiving technical knowledge of the industry.
House Keeping Lab: Accommodation operations is one of the major Areas in the Hotel, as it is basically the housing & lodging that one looks for away from home, it contains training in Guest Rooms. Study of interior decorations of the guest room is also a part of Accommodation operations.
Training Front Office Lab: Front office is the core department of the Hotel which is the first and the last point of contact for the guest . The proper courtesy and etiquettes are the must for front office people along with the various spoken languages and custom throughout the world.
Computer Lab: We have a well-equipped computer lab with high speed internet, PC for all students, we train our students with valuable inputs regarding latest Hospitality software like opera & lds.
Library: We have a extensive library with books from authors worldwide and books of all discipline including Management , Hospitality, Social & Public studies and also reading material for current affairs like “Hospitality & Caterers”, “ Hospitality Biz”, our librarian assistance is always there to nurture our students.
