Ramarani Institute of Technology(RIT),Balasore is one of the technical Institutions run by Ramarani Educational Trust with eminent personalities.RIT came into existence in the district of Balasore in the year 2009 under dynamic leadership of Sri Anup Kumar Das, Chairman.He has always promoted quality education in the field of Science and Engineering. The institution made an earnest beginning with four engineering branches namely Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Civil Engineering.
Transportation: The institute provides transport facilities to all its students. Care has been taken to cover different parts of Balasore town through its routes. The administrative department looks after the facility on a day to day basis.
Library: The library is advanced and well equipped. It subscribes numerous collection of curricular books, personality development books, magazines. Rich Library with splendid Reading Room. Above all, the library has different journals. Besides to the library, a well furnished reading room helps our students to add the potential to their regular course of study. Amenities like reprographic services and CD-ROM data bases are available in the library.
Canteen Facilities: RIT has well furnished canteen facility to provide hygienic food to its students and employees at a minimum cost.
Hostel Facility
Hostel Facilities Available: The institute has magnificently designed separate hostels for the boys and girls each with all facilities for boarding and other recreational activities. The hostels have their own mess to provide good and hygienic food to the boarders. Well furnished and spacious rooms are there and each room is equipped with different study assets with the proper supervisions of hostel in charge with the office bearer. A full time warden is assigned to the hostel, who acts as a friend, philosopher and guide at the same time maintains strict discipline.
