Holy Institute Of Technology (HIT) established in the year 2009 under AICTE . This organization has creditable achievement in producing well trained technical and managerial education at the Diploma in Engg. level. At present it is imparting instructions in Civil Engineering (CIVIL), Electrical Engineering (ELECTRICAL),Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering| (ETC) and Computer Science (CS) and HIT is known for striving for excellence.
Library: In house of library of HIT is stacked with updated publications of related books, technical journals, text books and reference books for all courses. The library facility is open to all students and faculty members and is continuously updated with latest books and journal.
Transport: HOLY INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY(HIT), Berhampur has it own fleet of vehicles to cater to the transportation needs of its students, staff members and visiting quests. These buses serve as the link between the campus and the city. The institute is well-connected to all major cities of the country by rail and bus.
First Aid Facilities: A dispensary inside the institute campus provides emergency service to the students and staff. Two full time doctors attend the dispensary. A tie-up exists with a local multi-specialty hospital for attending to serious medical complications. An ambulance caters to the needs of the students, boarders and staff. First-aid assistance is extended by a number of departments and all the buses.
Hostel Facility
Hostel Facilities Available: Seperate Hostels for both boys and girls are located near the college and staff mambers are assigned duties to look after the security,health, and comfort of the students. The hostel are provided with a mess, under run by the hostels boarders committee activity supervision of the Warden.
