Nishitha College of Engineering & Technology,(NSHT) is located in a hygienic environment beside National Highway 09, near Shamshabad Airport in Hyderabad of Telengana State. The Institute was established in 2003 with a moto to play a pivotal role in the development of the intellectual capital in Engineering fields, especially in electrical, electronics, computer & Mechanical.We dream of transforming the students into successful and knowledgeable personalities, rather than machines making wealth and also do take pride in showing it to the world that it is made possible only in NCET.Since its inception the institute is catalyzing excellence in molding out young graduates through rigorous academic training programs, personality development programs and personal student counseling. NSHT has an excellent team of highly qualified dedicated faculty with rich teaching, research and industrial experience. The faculty motivates, mends and guides the students towards fulfillment of their dreams and attainment of their goals. The students are exposed to fully established laboratories and centralized computer centers with latest high Speed Personal Computers.
Library: The College Library has about 36,000 books, in addition there are a number of journals and technical magazines which enable the students to improve their General knowledge in the area of specialization. The library also stocks a number of subject CD's. There is a facility for the students to borrow a CD or get it copied at a nominal price. Internet facility are also provided in the library, with a provision that they are used strictly for Academic purposes.
Laboratories: All laboratories are well-equipped, well-maintained and are used to conduct all curriculum–oriented experiments, as well as to carry out research-oriented projects.
Computer Lab: Information and communication technology has become a vital part of contemporary education. Today, there is hardly any part of life that remains untouched by the chip technology. The state-of-the-art ICT labs are equipped with the latest high-end systems with latest hardware and software.
Auditorium: Our auditorium can accommodate up to 400 people and is designed to conduct co-curricular, extra-curricular, and cultural programs such as dance, drama, or music. Additionally, the auditorium is also used to host guest lectures from other colleges, universities, and industry either live or through video conferencing.
Seminar Halls: A huge seminar hall helps the students in overcoming their inhibitions to perform and deliver in front of large audiences & thus prepares them for corporate life.There are two spacious and well-furnished Seminar Halls, each with a capacity to seat 300 students at a time, and measuring 350 square meters. This is an ideal environment for Group Discussion, Personality Development programs, Placement Training programs, which are all an integral part of NSHT. As with all of our classrooms, each seminar hall is incorporated with LCD Projector and public address system.
