Barbil College is one of the oldest , Non Government (full aided) college in Keonjhar Dist. The aim of establishing a college in a tribal, rural and helly area situated in the border of the state was a Herculean task. This area is developed due to mines and industries and inhabited by the peoples of all States of India. To create an atmosphere of Higher Education in this area means a continuous fighting with all possible adversities. The management & staff of this college have been during this since its inception.
