Yash College of Education, Rurkee was established in 2007 run by the Dhajja Ram Shiksha Samiti, Rurkee, Rohtak. The Trust commenced it Educational Activity with the objective to provide a passion for academic excellence and effective learning. This college is affiliated to Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, and approved by National Council of Teacher Education, Jaipur.
Classroom: The Institute has spacious architecturally designed lecture and tutorial rooms, airy and electric gadgets, glossy chalkboards and flannel boards all intact, furnished with adequate modern furniture. College has 6 classrooms and 4 tutorial rooms out of these 4 classrooms for B.Ed and 2 for D.Ed.
Library: Welcome to the Library of Yash College of Education. Our library has knowledge based rich collection of reading materials related to Education. Apart from this, we have books on general knowledge, UGC, fiction (English and Hindi) and others.It is our constant endeavor to deliver the best of current knowledge and information. For this, we subscribe to a number of Hindi and English dailies and a number of magazines. Journals related to Education form a valuable part of our collection.It serves as a portal from where the readers can access vast amount of information. The library staff tries to provide the best services to its readers. The library uses Open Access System to facilitate the readers.
Canteen: College campus is provided with canteen facilities where students may relax over snacks, coffee or cool drinks whenever they take a break. The college recognizes the diversity in food habits and taste preferences of the students.
Transport Facility: College provides transport facility for the students. Transport charges are to be paid by the students quarterly.
Sports Facility: Colleges provide many indoors and out door games facilities to ensure all round development of the students. Several sports activities are being organized from time to time. The physical instructor take care of the students during sports period.
