Kottureshwara College initially affiliated to Karnataka university Dharwad later it is affiliated toGulbarga University, Gulbarga. Presently our college is affiliated to Vijayanagara Sri Krishnadevaraya Uninversity, Ballari. It has the excellent academic and non academic record over 42 yearswith a plethora of Ranks, Distinctions, Medals, Trophies and Shields at University level. Our college student player participated in the inter-university games and sport and bagged all – round Championships. Many of our students became university Blues. One of our students had won the National Integration Award from Prime Minister on the occasion of Youth festival including many other rewards to its credit. With all these accomplishments, our college had celebrated its Silver Jubilee in the year 1992.
