The college is situated on northern link road of National Highway No. 11 leading to the town and gives a distinct impression with its double storey building and staff quarters on one side, office complex, Bawari and Temple on the other, spread over approximately 50 acres of land. With the establishment of Shri Bhagwan Das Todi Charitable Trust in the year 1960 in Mumbai, the seed was sown for the birth of an Institution of higher education in this town. The then State Chief Minister, Shri Mohan Lal Sukhadia, inaugurated the College on 8th July 1965 thus, fulfilling the dream of Shri Bhagwandasji Todi.
Sports: From the point of view of sports the College has a special place not only in Shekahwati but also in the whole country. The vast grounds of college have created National and International Players like Arjune Awardee Suresh Mishra in Volleyball. In other games like Basketball, Football, Badminton, Table Tennis, Kabaddi and Cricket the College team has participated in Inter-college Tournaments. Out of which majority of teams reached at quarterfinal.We ensure active participation of our College teams in games like Basketball, Badminton, Table Tennis, Kabaddi, Cricket, Volleyball, athletics etc. in Inter-College Tournaments.
Library: The enriched library of the College contains near about 40,000 books, which includes Encyclopedia Britannica, Encyclopedia of Social Sciences, and a golden collection of books of Oxford Publication and Natural Science Encyclopedia, Bachhan Rachnavali, Parsai Rachnavali, Gandhi Vangmay etc. Besides this there is a facility of Book-Bank, which provides textbooks to the students according to their merit. Library subscribes 10 daily newspapers and 26 magazines of different subjects. There is a facility of 125-seated Reading Room for students.
