Hindu College of Pharmacy was established in 1978 by The Sonepat Hindu Charitable & Educational Society with the vision to provide quality pharmacy education to students. During the past thirty two years the college has made significant contributions towards building professional skills of pharmacy focusing on community pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, clinical pharmacy & industrial pharmacy. Rapid strides have been made by the college in achieving its mission to strengthen, sustain and professionalize pharmacy knowledge through creative research and teaching and learning and by integrating with organizations, institutions and universities. It is a matter of pride for all of us that the Hindu College of Pharmacy is being constantly ranked as one of the top pharmacy colleges of the country. It is reflected by the excellent placement record of the college.
Computer Lab: The lab provided to the students, facilitate the access to information highways through internet. The institute has One Air Conditioned lab with latest hardware and software utilities. The lab have printer which comprise of Laser Inkjet & Dot Matrix Printers.
The Lecture halls are well equipped with public address system, facilitate course delivery through use of audio-visual inputs from slide presentation to video clips and video lessons. The institute has built an auditorium, which can seat about 100 people for conducting seminars, workshops, conferences and guest lectures.
Cafeteria: A spacious and well furnished canteen is available in the campus for the benefit of the students. A contractor run canteen on campus offers lunch, snacks, tea, coffee & cold drinks at reasonable prices on all working days.

Animal House: The college has a CPCSEA recognized animal house facility. The animals are housed strictly as per CPCSEA guidelines. Institutional Animal Ethics Committee, comprising of eminent scientist, veterinarians along with nominated members of CPCSEA is in place.
Hostel Facility
The Institute has separate hostels for boys and girls. The hostel ie well guarded by the institute's own security. The seats are on first come firet basis. The mess is run on co-operative bias by the mess committee of resident students and adheres to strict standards of hygiene.
