The institute was established in the year 1994, in an remote rural area of Delhi to provide the medical assistance for the health of the general public, which was lacking behind in the area, especially in the field of eye & dental care through free Medical check- ups, operating Cataracts, Intra-Ocular Lens Implantation by latest technique Phaco- emulsification and Small Incision Cataract Surgery, Pterigium surgery with sub conjunctival graft, Squint Surgeries including most of the eye surgeries etc. The institute is dedicated to uplift the rural persons in the society by providing them the education above school level and creating general awareness towards health specially for the increasing drug addicts in the society creating several unhealthy atmosphere in the society.
