Ch. Ishwar Singh Mahila Shikshan Mahavidyalaya, Fatehpur-Pundri was propounded in 1993 as Kanya Shikshan Mahavidyalaya. The college is imparting education to the B.Ed. students at the undergraduate level. It is affiliated to Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra and duly approved by ‘National Council of Teacher Education’ (NCTE) New Delhi. The college was started in November 1994. Since its inception, every successive year has witnessed it grow from size to size and take rapid strides in every sphere so much so that we are at present not only catering to the needs of Fatehpur-Pundri but also to that of thirty surrounding villages.
