The objective of Women's Training Institute of YWCA of Delhi is to train, empower and make women self-reliant. Providing vocational training has been the prime concern of YWCA besides literacy and vocational skills, health and nutrition, employment oriented activity, counseling and rehabilitation and education for street children.
The campus houses a large multipurpose fully A/C auditorium with a seating capacity of approx. 250 people. It has a permanent infrastructure in terms of cushioned chairs, stage with a full-length screen and LCD projector system. The auditorium serves as the perfect venue for staging curricular and cocurricular programmes organized throughout the year.. To keep pace withtechnological advancements, the computer packages are regularly upgraded. Inits endeavour to provide quality computer training, the Institute has a wellequipped computer lab. The students are encouraged to use the Lab whenever itis free with the prior permission of the Deputy Director.

Scholarships are given on merit-cum-means basis. Studentsseeking scholarship, must apply for the same in the prescribed format availablein the Institute’s office. Suitable announcement will be made regardingscholarship and are given at the sole discretion of the management.
Placement & Human Resource Department who hasnumber of companies registered as clients for hiring WTI students for variouspositions and vacancies. Every year weconduct campus interviews in order to place our passing out students at the endof academic year.
