The growth rate of Bihar had ever been far below the all India average in spite of huge potential of human resource. Keeping in view of the need of skilled personnel at all levels of management, some social thinkers, economists, philanthropists and the statesmen founded L. N. Mishra College of Business Management in the year 1973 under the noble guidance of Dr. Jagannath Mishra, the then Chief Minister of Bihar on inspiration of Late Lalit Narayan Mishra, the then Union Railway Minister, Government of India. Since 1973, L. N. Mishra College has been pioneering Management Education of Post Graduate level leading to MBA degree of B. R. Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur, in order to cater the growing needs of professionals.

1 .	BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration)
	Eligibility Candidates seeking admission to the BBA program must have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) from any recognized Board or University
	Duration 3 years
	Admission Procedure Admission to BBA course being made through All India Entrance Test followed by Group Discussion & Personality Test. Duration of the test will be of two hours covering questions relating to General Knowledge, General English, Quantitative Methods/Computer Aptitude

2 .	BCA
	Eligibility 10+2 (or equivalent) from any recognized Board or University
	Admission Procedure All India Entrance Test followed by Group Discussion & Personality Test

3 .	MBA (Master of Business Administration)
	Eligibility Candidates seeking admission to the MBA program must possess a graduate degree from any recognized University. Students appearing at qualifying examination may also apply
	Duration 2 year Full time/ 3 year part time
	Admission Procedure Admission to MBA full time course being made through on the basis of scores obtained by the candidates at All India Entrance Tests being conducted by All India Management Association and named as MAT ( Management Aptitude Test). More over, aspirants having score card of CAT (Conducted by IIMs), JMET (Conducted by IITs), ATMA (Conducted by AIMS), XAT (Conducted by XLRI), may also apply. Candidates having passed MAT/CAT with a minimum of 60% score during preceding one year will be exempted from written test for admission in MBA course. Selection will be done on the basis of G.D. & Personality Test.

4 .	MCA
	Eligibility graduate degree from any recognized University with Mathematics as one of the subjects at 10+2/Inter level. Appearing candidate can also apply.
	Duration 3 years
	Admission Procedure All India Entrance Test followed by Group Discussion & Personality Test.
