ODISHA COMPUTER APPLICATION CENTRE (OCAC), the Technical Directorate of Dept. of Electronics & Information Technology, Govt. of Odisha is one of the leading Information Technology Consultancy Organization of the state. It has taken up the responsibilities of the integrated training programmes at various levels. It undertakes long-term, sort-term and specialized course for general public, top, middle and lower management of Government, Corporation and various undertakings. The teaching method includes lectures, group discussions, case studies, practical demonstration, hands-on training etc. Modern training aid such as Video, PC Projectors and PA systems are used extensively during training. It has established a synergetic relationship with National R & D Institutions of repute such as NIELIT.

Eligibility
Students from Institutes conducting accredited courses : Level 'O'/ Government recognised polytechnic engineering diploma after class 10. Followed in each case, by an accredited 'A' Level course (no concurrency). A Government recognised polytechnic engineering diploma after 10+2/ Graduate and an accredited 'A' Level course in each case (May be concurrent). This advanced diploma level (equivalent to PGDCA or PPDCA) will give proof of the candidate's skills as a programmer

Eligibility
Students from Institutes conducting accredited courses : Level 'A'/ Government recognised PPDCA/ Government recognised PGDCA/ Government recognised polytechnic engineering diploma/ Graduate, followed in each case, by an accredited 'B' Level course (First two semesters are exempted for those who pass 'A' Level in full. Candidates having Government recognised PPDCA/ Government recognised PGDCA will also be eligible for exemption of some subjects depending on the courses they had undergone, on a case by case basis).
