A) Pass in the Plus two / Pre-Degree examination of the Universities in Kerala state or examinations considered equivalent thereto with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as optional subjects with a minimum of 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together. SC/ST candidates need only a pass in the qualifying examination.; b) Diploma in Engineering awarded by the Board of Technical Examinations of Kerala state or examination considered equivalent thereto by the State Board of Technical Education after undergoing an industrial course of at least three years, securing a minimum of 50% marks in the final diploma examination.
