Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) Social Work | Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) Social Work | Master of Social Work (MSW)

1 .	Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) Social Work
	Eligibility He/She should hold a Master's degree in the subject of his/ her doctoral research of the University of Pune or any other University recognised as equivalent thereto by the University of Pune
	Other Details The M.Phil degree may be a prerequisite for registration for Ph.D However, the concerned Departmental Committee may exempt a candidate from undertaking the M.Phil Course as per the rules made thereof

2 .	Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) Social Work
	Eligibility A person should have successfully completed Master of Social Work degree course of University of Pune or M.S. W.degree or its equivalent degree or diploma in Social Work of any recognised University
	Duration not less than 2 years

3 .	Master of Social Work (MSW)
	Eligibility Bachelor's degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, Law, Home Science, Agriculture or any other faculty of a recognized University with minimum 40% marks. Higher academic degrees or diplomas in social sciences and experience of working with people will be an added qualification
	Duration 2 years
	Admission Procedure Karve Institute conducts an entrance test and admission to the course is determined by the performance at the entrance test
