(or) B.Tech degree from UGC reognized university and 50% marks in English either in 10th or 12th standard 2) Indian Deck Cadet Training Programme Diploma In Nautical Studies - Passed 10+2 with 60% aggregate PCM group and 70 % in english from a recognized board
