Eligibility
Must have passed 12 th examination securing a minimum of 55% aggregate in Maths, Physics & Chemistry and also a minimum of 50% marks in English either in 10 th or 12 th examination. OR B.Sc. with Physics as one of the subject and a minimum aggregate of 55% in Maths, Physics & Chemistry. OR B.E./B.Tech pass from any AICTE approved institution

Admission Procedure
through written entrance examination and counseling session conducted by Indira Gandhi National Open University, Delhi . No candidate can be admitted to the course without passing the entrance examination of IGNOU

At the end of the training candidates have to appear for an examination (written, orals & practicals) conducted by board of examinations for seafarers trust.

Hostel stay is compulsory within our campus for the duration of the course. Boarding will be provided at the hostel.; Medical:     Must be physically fit, certified by registered medical practitioner.  Eye sight: within plus or minus 2.5 and No colour blindness (must produce certificate from an eye specialist, ophthalmologist); English Proficiency: The DG Shipping entry standards for the course prescribes that the candidate should have obtained atleast 50% marks in English subject in either 10 th or 12 th standard or Diploma in Engineering course, conducted by a recognized Board or any University
