B.Sc. Nautical Science | B.Tech. Marine Engineering | GP Rating (Deck/Engine) | Graduate Marine Engineering

1 .	B.Sc. Nautical Science
	Eligibility 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Math & English with a minimum of 55%
	Admission Procedure IMU entrance exam and Qualify Exam, followed by interview and Medical (D.G Approved Doctor).

2 .	B.Tech. Marine Engineering
	Eligibility 10+2 PCM with 60% Marks in Aggregate
	Approved By/ Affiliated To (Approved by Director General of Shipping, Govt. of India & accredited by AICTE)
	Other Details After completion of the course the candidates than join company’s vessels as Junior Engineers for sea time of 6 months where they undergo further practical training and maintain their TARB to ensure that the entire syllabus is covered and they get to do all tasks as prescribed.

3 .	GP Rating (Deck/Engine)
	Eligibility 10th pass with at least 45%marks in aggregate (with Math, Science/English), In English with at least 40 % in 10th or 12th.
	Duration 6 months
	Admission Procedure through personal interview
	Other Details Age 17.1/2 to 25 yrs ,no colour blindness, eyes shuld be 6/6.

4 .	Graduate Marine Engineering
	Eligibility B.E.(Mech.) with 50% aggregate mark from AICTE Approved Universities/ Colleges. Minimum 50% marks in English at 10+2 or 10th level is must/ Fluency in written and spoken English.
	Duration 12 months pre-sea course
	Other Details This course imparts comprehensive training in marine engineering and shipboard practice. It comprises of academics and ship familiarization along with Marine Workshop training (as per IMO modules). This program is approved by Directorate General of Shipping, India.
