It is the first college in Kerala to offer a University degree in Hotel Management from the University of Calicut. was awarded the “BEST HOTEL MANAGEMENT INSTITUTE” award instituted by the Department of Tourism, Govt. of Kerala in the year 2004.

1 .	B.Com. (Bachelor of Commerce)
	Eligibility Candidates who has passed 10+2 or its equivalent
	Duration 3years

2 .	B.Sc. Computer Science
	Eligibility Candidates who have passed (eligible for higher studies) the HSE or an equivalent examination with Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science/Computer Application etc. as one of the subjects are eligible for admission.

3 .	B.Sc. Hotel Management
	Eligibility A pass (eligible for higher studies) in the Higher Secondary Examination from any stream or any other equivalent qualification with a minimum of 27 GPV (in 6 subjects).

4 .	BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration)
	Eligibility A pass in 10+2 or equivalent (eligible for higher studies) with a minimum 27 GPV.
	Duration 3 years

5 .	M.Com. International Business
	Eligibility A pass in B.Com or BBA (earlier BBS) degree of University of Calicut or B.Com, BBA or BBM or BBS degree of any other University or institution in any state recognized by UGC or AICTE with a minimum of 45%. Relaxation in the requirement of minimum marks upto 5% for OBC/OEC is applicable. SC/ST candidates need get only a pass in their qualifying examination for admission.

6 .	MBA (Master of Business Administration)
	Eligibility Any degree recognized by the UGC or AICTE with not less than 50% marks in aggregate including the marks of languages if any.
