This college is a non-autonomous grant-in-aid institution affiliated to Shivaji University, Kolhapur. Having been established prior to 1972, it is included under sections 2(f) and 12(B) of the UGC Act and has been receiving their grants regularly. It has received the NAAC accreditation of B++ (score 82 out of 100) in 2004 and has also been certified as an ISO 9001:2000 compliant institution by JAS-ANZ since 2007.We are in the process of getting reaccrediated by NAAC.
