MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME (MP)

IGNOU invites applications for the following Degree/ Diploma Programmes in Management :

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM)
• Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management (PGDFM)
• Post Graduate Diploma in Operations Management (PGDOM)
• Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management (PGDMM)
• Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Markets Practice (PGDFMP)

All the above programmes have multi-media design, and technology aided delivery systems. These are offered through countrywide network of study centers.

Eligibility :

1. Age Restrictions: There are no age restrictions for admission to IGNOU’s management programs.
2. You Should be a graduate in any discipline and must have 50% marks for graduation if you are from general category. However, if you belong to the reserved category, then you need to have only 45% marks for graduation. This also includes Chartered Accountancy/Cost Accountancy/Company Secretaryship graduates.

Graduation is the basic eligibility criteria for admission to IGNOU MBA. If you fulfill the eligibility conditions then you can get admission for MBA in 2024 intake sessions.

How to Apply

1.If you are a first time applicant you are advised to click the available programme tab on the homepage of the Online Admission System and select the desired programme and carefully read the details of programme including eligibility criteria, fee details, duration, etc.
2. You are also requested to download the Common Prospectus and read carefully the Rules of the University as mentioned in the common prospectus.

• Click on the button NEW REGISTRATION that appears in the applicant login area and fill the required registration details.
• Remember, while choosing your UserName it must be between 8 to 16 characters.
• While choosing your password it must be alphanumeric and between 8 to 16 characters long.
• After filling the mandatory information click the "SUBMIT" button.
• Your username will be instantly sent to you via e-mail and SMS.

3.Remember your Username and Password for subsequent login. If you have already registered i.e you are an existing user click the "LOGIN" button.
4. Before proceeding for filling the form online the applicant must have the following:-

• Scanned Photograph (less than 100 KB)
• Scanned Signature (less than 100 KB)
• Scanned copy of relevant Educational Qualification (less than 200 KB)
• Scanned Copy of Experience Certificate (if any) (less than 200 KB)
• Scanned Copy of Category Certificate, if SC/ST/OBC (less than 200 KB)

5.Fee can be paid.It is necessary to scan documents from your originals. Once you have uploaded the document, click the next button you will get the Form preview option. Save/Print your form for future reference.
6.Please fill up the details carefully. If you are using the services of a cybercafe to fill up your form, plesae make sure that details are correctly filled up and the relevant documents are uploaded as prescribed.

Application Fee :

An application fee of ₹ 200 must be paid before submitting the application, the fee can be paid through the following methods:

• Credit card (Mastercard/ Visa)
• Debit card (Mastercard/ Visa/ Rupay)
• NetBanking

Once the fee has been paid, you can now submit your IGNOU Distance MBA admission form.
