Indian Institute of Management-Bangalore (IIM-B) has been ranked among the top 70 B-schools for Executive Education, for the fourth year in succession, in the Financial Times Executive Education 2018 global rankings.
IIM-B is ranked 59 in the Customs Programmes and 64 in the open programme categories by the Financial Times in its annual list.
The FT 2018 Executive Education global rankings are based on the participants' and clients' satisfaction, the diversity of participants and faculty, and the schools' international exposure according to a release from the IIM-B.
The participating schools are ranked, on various parameters, by corporations that commission the executive education courses (for custom programmes), by participants of these courses (for open programmes), and on the data reported by the schools.
Chief Programme officer and Executive Education, Programmes of IIM-B Madan Mohan Raj said: "We focus on building leaders and work with organisations to nurture creative leadership by designing programmes that have a real impact on business. The FT Global Ranking will help us in the internationalisation of the Executive Education Programmes. We are happy to be recognized for our sustained endeavors in this segment."IIM-B's Executive Education offers non-degree programmes to corporations and working professionals which are either 'Customised' according to the requirement of the organisation, or 'Open' to professionals for enrollment.
