Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies Chandigarh (NMIMS) Hosts MANIFEST 2024, Nurturing Holistic Student Development

NMIMS Chandigarh's School of Commerce organized MANIFEST 2024, an Inter-College Quiz Competition, on October 9, 2024. The event attracted 340 participants across 170 teams from prestigious institutions such as Mehr Chand Mahajan DAV College, Post Graduate Government College, SD College, Amity University (Mohali), DPS, and Panjab University, among others. The event featured four engaging rounds: an MCQ-based quiz round, a wordplay round, a creative escape room challenge, and a corporate bidding round.


Abhyuday Rana and Ayush Krishan, BCom students from NMIMS Chandigarh, emerged victorious, taking home the grand prize of INR 4,000. The Corporate Interface Club coordinated the event, providing a platform for students to showcase their collaborative skills. Events like these showcase NMIMS' commitment to academic excellence and nurturing overall student growth.
At the closing ceremony, Dr. Rashmi Khorana Nagpal, Director I/C NMIMS Chandigarh, highlighted the importance of such events in developing leadership and problem-solving skills. Chief Guest Mr. Ivninder Pal Singh, Chief Sub Editor of The Tribune, shared life lessons from his career, emphasizing the need for a well-rounded vision and personality.
The event concluded with an award ceremony, during which 15 teams and the organizing committee members received surprise passes to the Bangr Festival. Musical performances were held to celebrate the success of the participants and organizers alike. Dunkin Donuts, Burger King, and Grub Street were among the key sponsors of the event.
