KANKSA Academy of Technology and Management, Burdwan, a unit of Techno India Group and Paramhans Educational & Welfare Trust. KATM is affiliated to West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT).
Central Library: KATM is proud of it’s computerised library, having separate lending, reading and journal sections. Apart from the text books, it is equipped with a large number of reference books, Magazines, international & national journals of repute and newsletters from different organizations. The library is accessible even beyond the normal college hours.
Computer Laboratory:Academy has a well equipped computer laboratory having Core 2 Duo systems with the latest hardware and software, There is a Broadband based Internet facility & LAN connectivity. There is a state-of- the-art network system throughout the campus. NET ZONE is designed to cater internet facility for 60 users at a time continuously for 12 hrs. The lab facilitates for a pleasant environment browsing. Computer of the laboratory are inter connected and served by high-end server of hot plug LFF model / (I) Quad-Core Intel Xeon E5410 Processor (2.33 GHz, 80 Watts, 1333 FSB) provided with 1.5 KVA Capacity line interactive UPS.All the laboratory and workshop for different subject are well equipped with latest machines and equipment.
Hostel Facility
There are separate hostel buildings with stay-in warden for boys’ hostel, as well as the girls’ hostel. The hostels are provided with Networking facility and power back-up, processed water supply ( Aqua Guard & Water Cooler ) round the clock. Each hostel will also be provided with indoor playground (Volley -ball / Badminton etc.)
