KNIPSS Engineering Institute is a Self-financing Engineering Institute established in the year 2008 under the auspices of Kamla Nehru Memorial Trust.
Computer Lab :The central computing facility will be utilized by all the 240 students of the first year. An area of 150 sq.m. will be provided for the centre.
Transport Facilities :The institute has its own coaches and skilled staff to ferry the students from hostel to institute and back. Transport facilities are also available for students to go out the city for essential purchases on regular intervals. Since the institute has its own transportation it becomes very convenient to plan excursion/ industry tour etc. The institute is situated along a running highway hence public transport is also easily available in case of need.
Central Library
A Central Library is the nerve center of any institution. Provision for extensive library and reading room has been made which will have text books of all the four disciplines including other subjects of studies and general interest besides journals and periodicals will also be subscribed for all the subjects. It is also proposed to provide a digital central library equipped with internet access to international and national journals and other publication of academic interest with the establishment of the institute in accordance with the AICTE norms.
Hostel Facility
The institute has well furnished separate hostel facilities for boys and girls which can be availed on payment of requisite fee.
Placement Cell designs a comprehensive preparation program for students to successfully face selection process. It regularly organizes Mock Interviews/ Group Discussions for final semester students, by the experts. Conducted in simulated environment, this helps them prepare for the real life situations.
