Swami Vivekanand Educational Society was established in 1964 on the pious cause of Swami Vivekanand Birth centenary by Hon. Dharam Singh ji (Advocate). The educational imparted by the institute aims at taking in the whole aggregate of human life physical and spiritual, intellectual and moral, individual and social, elevating , regularity and perfecting it. Maa Sharda Institution For Polytechnic is another milestone of the society in order to carry forward similar ideals through the Three Year Diploma Course for Engg. To Train up to youth of the nation is our only tribute to one of the greatest saints ever born, Swami Vivekanand Ji. Traditionally believing that God is the Source of all Truth, Goodness and Beauty, Maa Sharda Institute for Polytechnic seeks to develop among students a wisdom that translates academic achievements into responsible citizenship and sincere professional service to the society, Nation and Humanity at large. AT MSIP Modern teaching methods such as Lectures and Seminars are complemented by Team Projects, Tutorials, Group Discussion, & Practical assignments.

The Institute has spacious architecturally designed lecture and tutorial rooms, airy and electric gadgets, glossy chalkboards and flannel boards all intact, furnished with adequate modern furniture. Computer Labs are equipped with 75 computers. These labs are gear to provide the specialist environment for all courses. Computers are inter connected by the LAN and also connected with the outside world by Internet. Computer Labs have Windows environments with a host of Software Packages relating to various aspects disciplines related software like Drawing & Drafts Package (Auto Cad). There is a separate workshop which can accommodate 60 students at a time having various shops. The Institute workshops are fully equipped with modern gadgets., which frame the students more practically. To Strengthen the technical skill Institute is providing latest machinery, thus giving impetus for further development to meet the objectives of curriculum

Hostel facilities are available for both boys and girls. The hostel provides accommodation for all the needy students. Our hostel has Comfortable rooms, Hygienic food and Sterilized drinking water are available at affordable cost.
