The Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences and Research centre is one of the leading medical institute providing education and health care services of truly global standards. Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre has six lecture theatres in college block with air conditioned, of gallery type in the Institution out of which five with seating capacity for 300 students each & one with 650 students, and one Lecturer theater in the hospital with seating capacity of 300 students.. Lecture theatre are provided with necessary independent audio-visual aids including overhead projector, slide projector, LCD projector and a microphone. All the lecture theatres are been shared by all the departments in a programmed manner. There is a provision for E-class/ Virtual Class in Lecture halls facilities for teaching.
 
 Hostel Facility
Hostel Facilities Available: At Vydehi there are separate accommodations for boys and girls, which varies from single occupancy to three in a room, these hostels have independent library in their respective buildings.The entire hostel complexes at Vydehi are ensured with 24-hour security, maintenance, engineering, power, water supply The hostel provides a cot, a mattress, a study table, a chair and a cupboard for each student.Every hostel has solar heated water facility, water cooler, common telephone, common TV room, common reading room etc.
 
 Scholarship Facility
Provides Scholarships: You can apply for SC/ST, OBC scholarship provided by the government and DMC reimbursement for SC/ St students given by directorate of medical sciences. And you can apply for other government scholarships.

Placement Service Available: Vydehi assures 100% placements. Nearly 90% of the students got placed in MBBS. Students who clear all the subjects can do an internship at Vydehi hospital.
