Academy of Management and Information Technology (AMIT),

The Academy of Management & Information Technology (AMIT), recognized by the Government of Orissa, Department of Higher Education and affiliated to the Utkal University, is the premier institute, imparting education in the sphere of Biotechnology, Journalism and Mass Communication, Management and Information Technology. It is a unit of "Odisha Research and Development Centre (ORDC)", trust which is managed by a Council of Management, consisting of eminent Scientists and qualified professionals from leading Industries, Research Scholars from various laboratories and research centres, management and I.T. professionals, Journalists, Academicians, Administrators and leading public personalities.

Classrooms: Our acoustically designed spacious classrooms, tutorial rooms and language laboratory are equipped with modern audio-visual teaching aids like overhead and LCD projectors and video cameras to make learning more effective.
Learning Resource Center: Our first-rate library comes well stocked with all the latest books and management reference volumes. A spacious reading room is attached to the library. We subscribe to all important national and international management journals and periodicals. E-Journals are also available at our library which is an excellent learning resource center and provides an opportunity to our students to learn and keep abreast of global marketing trends.
IT Resource Center: The well laid-out, fully furnished and spacious IT resource center with broadband Internet Connectivity provides students with a wonderful opportunity to learn and grow with technology. The Resource center is also used as a centralized system providing connectivity to terminals, faculty rooms and administrative offices to facilitate data collection, downloading data, printing and scanning etc.
Transportation: We provide transportation facilities to our students from various point in Bhubaneswar to the campus in Khurda.
Cafeteria: We have a fully functional hygienic cafeteria inside our campus, which caters to the needs of all students and employees by providing wholesome snacks and meals for all kinds of tastes
 
 Hostel Facility
Separate hostel facilities are available for boys and girls. All hostel are provided with morning newspaper, television sets and other facilities as required by students.
