National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) Gandhinagar is one of the pioneering centers of NIFT

Students have an access to IT Labs and a very rich Resource Center, which is a key wing of the institute which consists of the Library Wing and Material Winghas with a rare and a huge collection of books, magazines and samples related to fashion industry.Library Wing The library consists of varied books covering information regarding garments, fashion and technology. The wing also subscribes to fashion journals and fashion forecast. Videotapes, Slides and CD-ROM are a part of this wing from where visual information can be collected. It provides various publications (Fashion periodical Index, Bibliographies on request, Subject/Picture files) to the members.The material wing consists of Textiles, costumes, finding and accessories.
 
 Hostel Facility
Girls Hostel is available on campus with full time hostel warden and round the clock female security guards which offers twin sharing rooms with coats, in-built almirahs, set of tablechairs, book racks, internet and LAN connection.
 
 Scholarship Facility
Government of Gujarat has announced a scholarship scheme especially for the students who are domicile of Gujarat state and who joins National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Gandhinagar for its Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses.
