Our courses are designed to offer career opportunities to today’s youth through a combination of classroom sessions, guest sessions, internships, in-house events and other initiatives that are mentored by industry stalwarts. The curriculum developed in conjunction with industry stalwarts ensures meaningful learning for career aspirants. It includes live industry experience, industry visits, digital marketing using relevant platforms and sessions on soft skills, getting industry ready etc. In addition to learning core subjects, students focus on their key interest areas and have the opportunity to specialize within the stream. Industry interactions open many networking and work opportunities to the students. The mature in-house leadership goes a long way in mentoring students in all aspects, not limited to only the courses.
The EMDI Event Management Students have a holistic experience with the in-house event SWAT, Students Working Against Tobacco. SWAT is a unique mentoring initiative guided by EMDI Alumni with students driving the project from conceptualization to execution - an unparalleled 360-degree experience. The Global course offers students an opportunity to get hands-on experience in Dubai - the entertainment capital of the world as also interactive sessions with global event experts. The EMDI Advertising & PR Students have also been making great strides in the industry. During the last three years, they have consistently made EMDI proud through their outstanding performances in B-School competitions like FCB Ulka Comstrat (India’s only Communication Strategy Contest) and Industry competition like PRAXIS where two out of the six winners were from EMDI. Our in-house event SPARKLERS continues to draw acclaim from the industry, students and parents as an enriching experience. The course is very popular with students with a BMS/BMM background.
