Government College for Women, Mahendragarh was established in 1993 as women wing of Govt. P.G. college, Mahendergarh. In 1998 contemporary Govt. of Haryana provided status of Govt. College for Women, Mahendergarh. In this college 1700 students are getting education in Arts & Commerce faculty. The college remained affiliated to M.D.U. Rohtak Up to date. Apart from syllabus various Co-Curricular activities are governed by the college for the all round development of students. NAAC Team assigned “B” grade to our institute during the inspection. The college is situated in a pollution free area almost out of the town and spread our an area of 5 acres of land, which has been fully developed with greeneries. The college is known for its excellence in the field of Academics, culture Activities and sports in this area. The aims and objective of this institution are to produce socially responsible, ideal, dedicated and disciplined citizens for the society.
