Maharishi Arvind Group of Institutions have been promoted by the Arvind Bharti Vidyalaya Samiti, a non-profit organization founded in 1975, in Jaipur with the inspiration from the teachings of the great yogi, thinker, freedom fighter and philosopher, Maharishi Aurobindo Ghosh, Maharishi Arvind college of pharmacy is located in the heart of Jaipur city.
Accepting this challenge and keeping its promise of proving quality education, the group pioneered by introducing Pharmacy College in Jaipur with Diploma in Pharmacy in year 1990, and Bachelor in Pharmacy in 2001 with due approval from All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) Pharmacy Council of India(PCI) and Rajasthan University of Health Science Jaipur(RUHS) . The Primary objectives of the institute are to provide the best education, which will enable young countrymen, boys and girls, to build their careers professionals, to equip them with latest concepts and up-to-date knowledge to develop in them scientific skills and aptitudes.
The Institute’s campus measure around 3 acres, It has a covered area of around 1 Lac sq ft. The building consists of class rooms, computer center, conference hall, library, various laboratories / workshops and administration block with lush green lawns around. The institute has a huge library having a rich collection of important books, journals, magazines and updates from corporate world. It subscribes to more than 6 newspapers in English and Hindi, approximately 25 journals, and magazines (national and International) 531 titles has a collection of over 4000 books.
Hostel Facility
The institute has separate hostels for boys and girls. The mess is running in the campus itself, Facilities for indoor games are also available. Hostel is however available to a limited number of students, on first come first served basis.
