JDT Islam College of Physiotherapy

JDT Islam college of physiotherapy was established in 2005 as a Direct Centre of University of Calicut as per the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to conduct Bachelor of Physiotherapy program. From 2010-11 the college has been developed as an independent self -financing college and it is affiliated to the Kerala University Health Sciences, Thrissur. The college is now named as JDT Islam College of Physiotherapy and functioning in its own three storied building at JDT Islam campus, Vellimadukunnu, Calicut. We started our post graduate program in physiotherapy in 2013 with various disciplines. JDT Islam college of Physiotherapy started a Physiotherapy outpatient clinic & Rehabilitation center associated with college in the year 2012. In 2016 we opened a satellite clinic associated with located at heart of the Calicut city.

Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Centre: We are one of the highly reputed physiotherapy center dealing with patients around the globe.
Library: Our library houses more than 2000 resources which include books, bound volumes of journals, theses, students’ reports etc. we placed Indian and International journals. The salient features are audio visual aids, multimedia, internet etc.
Classrooms: We maintain separate classroom facilities, all of which are suitable for more than 50 students. All classrooms are equipped with a dry erase board, projection screens, computer systems, multi-media projectors and Smart boards.
Fitness Center: Our Fitness Center is a state-of-the-art facility that provides quality health and fitness services to the entire students and faculties, conveniently located on the ground floor of the JDT Islam College of Physiotherapy.
