DIPSER College of Education was established in the year 2001 and its B.ED. Programme was inaugurated on 28th August, 2004. This institute is geographically located in the eastern part of the State of Jharkand . Centrally positioned between the urban and tribal areas of the district of Deoghar, DIPSER lies in the lap of Mother Nature. Adjacent to Dev Sangha Marti Mandir, the institute enjoys a healthy, pristine and spiritual ambiance conducive for learning. This institute is connected by road, rail and airways from all four sides namely Kolkata, Ranchi , Pantan and Bhagalpur.

The college offers hostel facilities for all the students coming from out side Deoghar. The students of each course are given accommodation in separate dormitories .the food served in the hostel is strictly vegetarian but well balanced from the maturational point of view .
