The department of Computer Science and Applications started MCA program in 2002 with an intake of 60 students which was enhanced to 120 in the year 2007. The department is having modern amenities. The skilled, experienced and dedicated teaching staff is in position to impart quality teaching to the students. The department has four air conditioned computer laboratories & a computer center. These laboratories have more than 180 computer systems. In addition, several peripherals like Laptop, Printers, CD Drives, CD writers, ODP, LCD projector & switches etc. are present in the laboratories. High speed 1:1, RF connectivity, Internet Facility having a bandwidth of 8 Mbps is available for the students round the clock. The whole campus is Wi-Fi networked. The Institute is approved by AICTE and affiliate to Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. The institute is presently offering 3 years Post-graduate program in Computer Applications.
The institute has excellent infrastructure in the form of Lecture Halls, Seminar Halls, Laboratories, Workshops, Auditorium Hall, Conference Hall. The whole campus is Wi-Fi Networked and has a dedicated Broadband Internet Facility (8Mbps) with more than 450 Computers. The institute library has more than 20000 books in the subject of Applied Sciences, Engineering Sciences & Management. The library subscribes to 263 E-Journals and more than 75 International & National Journals for use by the Faculty & Students.
