OUAT-CAB stands for Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology, Bhubaneswar's College of Agriculture, Bhawanipatna .The College of Agriculture, Bhawanipatna is the 3rd Agriculture College of Odisha established in 2009 under Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology, Bhubaneswar.The total student strength of the college is 48 per year. The students have been selected on the basis of all Odisha common entrance test conducted by OUAT, Bhubaneswar and some of the students are selected from the ICAR quota from all over the country
