Janta Vidya Mandir Ganpat Rai Rasiwasia (JVMGRR) Institute of Computer Applications

Janta Vidya Mandir Ganpat Rai Rasiwasia Institute of Computer Applications was propounded by the Dadri Education Society (D.E.S.), which is well known for excellence in education. The Dadri Education Society was established in 1961, by Sh. Ram Krishan Gupta (Ex. M.P.), to proliferate education in the area. The society has a land measuring around 100 acres in which fourteen institutions are housed like University. The JVMGRR Institute of Computer Applications was established in 1999. The institute offers three-year full time regular Masters of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) programme, to facilitate a multifaceted and multi-dimensional growth of professional education. The institute is affiliated to Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak for MCA programme and is duly approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). 

The College has over 20,000 Books and Magazines national and international periodicals. Periodically they are having a good knowledge on softwares, especially on Freeewares and Sharewares. That creates a Hi-Tech state of the art equipment created in the Library. In a strictly academic atmosphere, the students will be exposed to High-Tech state of the art equipment from leading Educational equipment suppliers. A staff highly qualified professionals in the field of computers, guide the students and gives them through practical training in a computer Laboratory, equipped adequately with the latest generation computers, which includes Pentium Machines with Colour monitors. The computer lab is under UNIX, LAN, Windows NT environment and the Students can work as he/she desired through Networking. The Computer Lab has Ink Jet Printers and Dot-matrix Printers. Each student will get sufficient computational time independently.
 
 Hostel Facility
JVMGRRICA’s has separate hostels for boys and girls. Resident students come from more than 10 different Cities and States contributing a National flavor to hostel life. Both hostels are spacious, well furnished and at walking distance from the institute.
 
 Scholarship Facility
All Scholarships awarded by the Central and State Government and other agencies are tenable in the Institute as long as students are eligible. Besides this, a Separate scholarship is also given by the institute to those students who secure 1st, 2nd and 3rd position in the University exams.

We have well established Training & Placement Cell with a motive to provide Training and Placement services to our students in reputed organizations. We are proud to say that by the sincere efforts of our T&P Cell, all 9 passed out batches are being placed in reputed organizations. By making use of following available facilities in our T&P Cell, we are able to achieve good results. The Training and Placement Unit of the Institute is responsible for arranging training of the students as per their MCA curriculum and also made available job opportunities to the passed students. The Training and Placement Unit arranges senior executives of major industries and organizations to provide pre-placement orientation to the students prior to formal campus interviews.
