Krishnasamy College of Engineering & Technology (KCET) was established in the year 2001 by Sri Krishnasamy Reddiar Educational Trust with the sole motto of “EDUCATION, DISCIPLINE and EXALTATION”. The management is committed to provide quality technical education to the students, in particular from rural areas.
The trust also administers a Polytechnic College, a Women’s Arts College, School and College of Education besides the College of Engineering and Technology.
Auditorium: The College possesses a spacious, beautifully designed, sophisticated and fully air-conditioned auditorium with a seating capacity of 750 people with high end Projection facility and PA+Sound System. This is an exquisite part of the college which aims to conduct National level Seminars, Workshops, Symposiums, Faculty Development Programs, Annual day Celebrations, Graduation day celebrations and all the Red-Letter days of KCET.
Transport: The Krishnasamy College of Engineering & Technology has its own fleet of vehicles( Buses, Van, cars) for the transport of students & Staff.

Gym :The Gym Hall is located in the College Hostel in about 150 square mts area with all the modern gymnastic exercise gadgets. Gymnasium facilities are provided to the staff & students of the institute.
