This program will facilitate participants to work as IP and patents professionals with MNCs, evolving domestic industries, outsourcing companies, (KPOs and LPOs), law firms, Government and R&D Institutions.Curriculum will cover basic understanding of intellectual property, patent laws in India, USA, Europe, China, various types of patent searches, patent drafting, patent valuation, patent management life-cycle, technology transfer, patent commercialization etc. Course will be taught through extensive case studies and interactive sessions. Simple language with illustrations help science graduates understand the complexity of patent law and its applications in technological world.
