The college campus is located at Dadhi Pakaria, P.O.- Pakaria, P.S. - Shmbhuganj, District- Banka. The college is run and managed by a committee with the representatives of guardians , students, non-teaching and teaching staff and highly educated persons, public representatives and renowned social workers of the District nominated by GAUTAM SOCIAL AND EDUCATIONAL TRUST.
Library: SKMSPM has an well stocked library enriched with more than 4500 books along with Reference boks, Journals, Periodicals, Dailies, Encyclopedias etc. It has a reading section having the seating capacity of 100 students at a time.
Science Lab: Science Lab at SKMSPM consists Physics, Chemistry and Biology kits for experiments. Future teachers are made familiar with the Science experiments under the guidance of trained lab assistants
Digital Language Lab: A well equipped Digital Language Lab at SKMSPM enables the students to enhance their language proficiency and makes language learning an interesting thing. It is equipped with the latest state of the art techologies and instruments/ devices.
Curriculum Lab: Curriculum Lab consists kits of Psychology, Social Studies, Math etc to help the students to make themselves aware of the various education methodologies.
ICT Lab: Learning computers and internets are an essential part of any course these days. Keeping this in mind an state of the art ICT Lab at SKMSPM is equipped with sufficient number of computers with internet connectivity, Projector, TV, Camera, DVD Player, Cassate Player, Sound System etc to make the students familiar about the ongoing changes in the world of Information Technology.
