Baba Ram Tahal Das Vishal Mahavidyalaya is located at Bhartipur village in Azamgarh district of Uttar Pradesh. The college is an affiliating institution of Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University, Jaunpur, and imparts education in arts stream at undergraduate level through its qualitative academic module. In addition, the college also offers National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Government of India, approved B Ed degree programme.
